Return & Refund Policy

1. Product Defects

If your product shows any manufacturing defect, don’t worry — all our items come with a 3-month warranty against factory defects.
After receiving your order, you have 90 days to contact our support team so we can arrange a repair or replacement.

2. Exchanges

Not satisfied with the product or the size?

According to consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving your order — no justification required.

Exchange Process

Request an Exchange
Contact us through one of our customer service channels (WhatsApp or Email).

Send the Product to Our Headquarters
After requesting the exchange, the product must be sent to our European headquarters our team will guide you.

If the exchange is due to size error or dissatisfaction from the customer, the shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
If the mistake was made by our store, VENI Football covers all return shipping costs.

Product Evaluation and Replacement
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it — checking for defects (in case of manufacturing issues) or signs of use (for exchanges due to size or dissatisfaction).
After the evaluation, a new product will be shipped to your address.

3. Refunds

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through one of our customer service channels (WhatsApp or Email).

Send the Product to Our Headquarters
After submitting your refund request, the product must be shipped to:

If the refund is due to size issues or dissatisfaction, the return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
If the error was made by our store, VENI Football covers all shipping costs.

Product Evaluation and Refund Approval
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect its condition. After verification, the full refund will be issued:

  • For direct payments: refunded via bank transfer.

  • For card payments: refunded to your credit card or PayPal account.
