Do orders include tracking?

After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and WhatsApp message containing your tracking code, so you can monitor delivery in real time.
Each time your shipment updates, you’ll receive a WhatsApp notification showing exactly where your order is.

What’s the delivery time?

Delivery time ranges between 15 to 22 working days after the tracking code is issued.

Some external factors may cause minor delays — such as holidays, temporary stock shortages, logistics strikes, or customs clearance delays.
