Exchanges and Refunds (Guarantees)

Did your product have a manufacturing defect?

We have a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
After the product arrives, you have 90 days to contact our Customer Service so that we can repair or exchange the product.

1. Are you dissatisfied with the product or size and want to exchange it?

According to the Consumer Protection Code , you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, without the need for justification.

Sending the product to our Head Office
After requesting the Exchange Process, it will be arranged for the product to be sent to our headquarters in Campo Grande - MS (The customer is responsible for the shipping cost in case of returns due to size error on the customer's part or dissatisfaction with the quality of the product, if the error is made by our store we undertake to pay the shipping cost of the exchange.

Assessment of the product condition and shipment of the new product.

When the product arrives at our store, an assessment will be made of the defect (in case of exchange due to defect) and whether the product has been used (in case of exchange due to size error or dissatisfaction).
After evaluation, a new product will be sent to the customer's address.

When the product arrives at our store, an assessment of the condition of the product will be carried out. After assessment, the refund will be made via PIX or TED (For cash purchases) and via Mercado Pago or PagSeguro on the card statement (Card purchases).
